The winner of each pageant will receive an exciting prize package, including their entry fee (valued at up to $1750) paid to compete in the televised Miss Florida USA or Miss Florida Teen Pageant, a coaching package with Exquisite Coaching, gift certificates toward their state wardrobe, salon gift certificates, and other prizes designed to help them prepare for the state competition!

Young women meeting all eligibility requirements (see the rules and regulations section of your application) can enter by downloading and completing the Official Entry Form and returning it to:

Along with your completed entry form, you will also need to submit a recent head-to-toe snapshot of yourself, a copy of your birth certificate, a student ID, and your non-refundable entry/registration fee (payable to Chelsee Productions, LLC).  You will also need to submit a headshot or close-up photo (does not need to be a professional headshot) for the program book.  This photo (along with any photos used in ad spaces sold by the contestants) will be used in judging the photogenic competition.
